‘A Room to Enter’ marks the first exhibition in Untitled’s Viewing Space and the start of an ongoing exhibition programme. The presentation brings together South African artists Kay-Leigh Fisher, Balekane Legoabe, Cathy Abraham, Ulriche Jantjes, Amy Rush, Guy Simpson, Dineo Ponde, Colijn Strydom and Lindy Sales, whose painting, drawing and mixed‑media practices are gathered into a shared field of attention where material, gesture and perspective come into play.

Rather than presenting a single theme, the exhibition offers a point of entry into the range of enquiries that shape Untitled’s programme: concept‑driven practices grounded in process, material exploration and close engagement with the artist’s voice. ‘A Room to Enter’ opens the Viewing Space as a place of dialogue, experimentation and collaboration, while also marking a new chapter for the gallery.
