Shipping (Deliveries)

Untitled facilitates the delivery of artwork on your behalf. We use trusted and reliable courier services and road transportation to ensure that your artwork arrives safely. All art is packed by hand and special care is taken to protect it.

Delivery times:

Average delivery time within South Africa, once payment has cleared our account, is 10 - 14 working days. Dispatch times may vary according to availability, and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times may be subject to delays as a result of courier delays or force majeure, for which we will not be responsible. 

Shipping (delivery) costs:

To make sure that we deliver your art to you safely and as quickly as possible, we charge the following delivery fees (excluding VAT): 

Cape Town: Free

Surrounding Cape Town: R150

Rest of South Africa:

All unframed work will be charged:

R50 (Surrounding Cape Town), R150 (Other Cities), R200 (Outlying)

All framed work:

Delivery to all main centres (i.e. Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth) R300 for medium (approximately 30 x 30cm) and smaller work, and R600 for larger work.
Delivery to regional areas (i.e.Richards Bay, Nelspruit, Welkom) R400 for medium and smaller artwork, and R900 for larger work. 

    You also have the option to collect at 36 Davenport Road, 6 Margate Court, Vredehoek, 8001.

    International orders:

    If you’re interested in buying art and you’re outside South Africa, please email lille@untitledart.co.za and we’ll arrange delivery. For international delivery and shipping, please check out as normal. If the delivery cost exceeds the amount shown at checkout, we will contact you. If you then decide not to proceed with the purchase, you will be fully refunded.

    Packaging:

    • Unframed editioned prints and photography are sent in a tube, with a protective layer of glassine.
    • Unframed original works are flat packed to prevent creases.
    • All framed artworks are custom framed by hand, and either packaged in a double walled foam lined box or crated, then shipped with our courier.

    Unwrapping your artwork:

    Please follow these simple steps when you receive your artwork:

    Check the packaging for any scuffs, punctures or other damage. If you find any, please make a note of it and photograph it. Do not sign for your package until you confirm it has reached you in perfect condition.

    Carefully unwrap the artwork on a clean, solid table that is clear of all other materials and liquids, and check again. If you find any damage, which is not discovered at the point of signing confirmation of receipt, this damage must be reported to Untitled by email: lille@untitledart.co.za
