Desert sunrise

"I often return to a recurring vision during some of my meditations: I am lying inside a cave that is also my home. I gaze up at the ceiling, drawing images with my eyes. The cave rests in an arid landscape, bathed in the warm light of golden hour.

This place feels deeply familiar. It’s as if my soul remembers it from another time. One of many homes I carry within me.

This body of work is an offering to that vision: to the marks made in silence, to the golden light that holds them, to the mystery of remembering what I’ve forgotten."
