Ali Kaabaoui, Kèbili

Ali Kaabaoui is a farmer and executive director of the local Economic Development Agency (ADEL) "La Volonté de Vivre à Kébili", in Kébili. The photograph is part of the series Everything Never Was, which seeks to evoke the historical connections between Tunisia and Italy. The project draws on encounters, places, and subtle details to stage images in which light suggests layered narratives and temporal shifts, revealing possible traces of shared histories.
