Sea story I

"Payne’s grey is one of my most beloved paint colours, it shows up often. It feels both serious and hopeful; reminiscent of water, specifically the ocean. 

I was listening to The Sand That Ate the Sea by composer Luke Howard while I was painting these works, the song also influenced the interpretations of Sea story I and II."
